Hi, I’m Samantha 🙋🏽‍♀️

I was born in Trinidad and Tobago and moved to Toronto as a child. Not long after, I developed food intolerances and allergies, which was tough for someone who loves food as much as I do. My parents then taught me how to cook traditional dishes with clean ingredients, and I quickly started to get better!

Callaloo has always been my favourite—it’s delicious, nutritious, and a little piece of home for me. Since it takes time to make and Caribbean ingredients aren’t always easy to find here, I started cooking and freezing my own. My Canadian friends loved it too, and it worked for a variety of their diets - and they kept asking for more!

Now, I’ve expanded my offerings to include a range of Caribbean-inspired dishes, all made in small batches with no preservatives. I can’t wait to share these vibrant flavours with you!
